The terms include:

• Turnaround Times: The first design will be delivered within 5–10 working days after receiving all required information.

• Supporting Flyers: Supporting flyers will be completed within 24–48 hours of receiving the necessary details, as long as they fall within the campaign scope.

• Revisions: Each graphic includes up to 2 complimentary revision rounds, which cover minor edits such as text changes or color adjustments. Complete redesigns are not included and will incur an additional cost, which must be scheduled separately.

• No Refund Policy: Due to the time and resources dedicated to each project, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

• Priority Service: If you need the initial design delivered faster, you can add a priority service for $150 USD to guarantee delivery within 3–5 working days instead of 5–10 working days. This applies only to the first design and not the entire campaign.
